poor sound insulation

The staff were helpful and attentive.

The fan noise from the air conditioning unit was constant and disruptive. I expected better sound insulation, especially for a hotel like this. It was annoying to adjust to the noise level when we just wanted to relax.

It is a comfortable hotel and I loved its fantastic rooms and respectful personnel. Also, the location is fantastic and stunning, minutes from Sanjusangendo Temple. The property has an amazing bar. Every time in Giommachi, I choose this place.

the rooms have lots of windows, making it hard to get dark at night. the on-site laundry service is super convenient (especially since it’s free! ). we loved the generous hospitality from the staff. and the views of the kamogawa river from our room were breathtaking! !
