The staff were helpful and attentive.
The fan noise from the air conditioning unit was constant and disruptive. I expected better sound insulation, especially for a hotel like this. It was annoying to adjust to the noise level when we just wanted to relax.

It is a comfortable hotel and I loved its fantastic rooms and respectful personnel. Also, the location is fantastic and stunning, minutes from Sanjusangendo Temple. The property has an amazing bar. Every time in Giommachi, I choose this place.
